LAYA Concierge Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the "LAYA Concierge" service, an additional feature to the general terms and conditions of LAYA, which is designed to provide assistance and facilitate the booking of services for your trip. By using LAYA Concierge, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use LAYA Concierge.

1. LAYA Concierge Description

- LAYA Concierge is a chatbot-based service aimed at assisting LAYA cardholders in booking services for their trips.

 

2. LAYA Card Requirement

- To use LAYA Concierge, users must be holders of a valid LAYA card.

 

3. Service Offerings

- LAYA Concierge provides users with service offers through chat based on their requests.

 

4. Third-Party Providers

- LAYA collaborates with third-party companies to offer the services presented through LAYA Concierge.

 

5. Payment Processing

- Payment to a third party will be made by the LAYA team using the user's LAYA card details.

- The LAYA card details saved by our processor, Tribe Payments, comply with PCI-compliant requirements.

 

6. Booking Confirmation

- Booking confirmations will be sent to the user via chat and email.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

- The cancellation policy for services booked through LAYA Concierge is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service provider.

 

8. User Responsibility

- The user acknowledges and confirms that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of any product or service offered by third-party companies through LAYA Concierge.

 

9. Limited Liability

- LAYA acts as a mediator and lender to connect users with third-party service providers. LAYA does not take responsibility for the products or services offered by third-party companies. Users agree that LAYA is not liable for any issues arising from the use of such products or services.

 

10. Changes to Terms

- LAYA reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these LAYA Concierge Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on the app.

 

11. Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.
